CARMEL APPLE MARTINI

                                                                   

                                               






 


 GOTTA GET:

        3 ounces of apple cider or apple juice
     1 ounce vodka
     1 ounce apple liquor
     1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
     sliced green or red apples dipped in carmel dip OR
     a piece of sliced carmel apple for garnish






      HOW TO MAKE THEM

       Combine the liquids in a ice filled cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled                                 martini glass. Garnish with apple slice on edge of glass.

Watermelon Gimlet

Makes 4

Gotta Get:

1/2 cup simple sugar
    3 cups seeded watermelon chunks frozen in freezer overnight
3/4 cup watermelon pucker vodka
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
     4 lime wedges  

How to Mix:

Puree watermelon in a blender of food processor.
Place in pitcher and stir in sugar, vodka, and lime juice.

Place in 4 glasses and stir garnish with lime wedge.

If the watermelon is not frozen, in a pinch, use 2 cups of watermelon and 2 cups of crushed ice in your blender.
